Research and Development

Innovation is one of the pillars of VYVA PLAST. We therefore see research and development as a key part of our technological background and long-term growth. It helps us find new solutions, increase production efficiency, and deliver products with higher added value to our customers.

The development of new projects always takes place in close cooperation with customers and business partners. This allows us to respond to specific market needs and quickly turn new ideas into reality. From the initial concept to the final product, we focus on functionality, quality, and design.

Our development department uses modern design tools, such as the 3D design environment CATIA and advanced CAD/CAM technologies. Combined with our in-house tool shop and production facilities, we are able to quickly create prototypes, test new materials, and optimize manufacturing processes.

The result is innovative projects and technical solutions used in the automotive industry, public transport, and industrial applications. Some of our projects have also received awards in professional competitions, such as the Czech national competition Obal roku and the international WorldStar Packaging Awards, confirming our ability to combine technological know-how with practical value for our customers.

For us, research and development is not just a part of production – it is a way to move both technology and our partners’ projects forward.
