Recycling and the Environment

Recycling and an environmentally responsible approach are now an integral part of modern plastic processing technologies. At VYVA PLAST, we deliberately integrate our production with the principles of the circular economy—from product design to their subsequent recycling.

When developing new solutions, we place strong emphasis on selecting suitable materials that allow for maximum use of recycled content. In practice, this means that many of our products are made from more than 50% recycled inputs, and our goal is to continue increasing this share up to 100%.

Our technological capabilities also include our own plastic sorting facility, modernized in 2021, which processes hundreds of tons of used materials annually. This enables us not only to manufacture new products from recycled materials, but also to provide take-back services for used packaging and components from our customers and return them to the production cycle.

The combination of technology and ecology allows us to deliver solutions that are reliable, functional, and environmentally friendly.
