At VYVA PLAST, we believe that the future belongs to those who can manufacture responsibly and with respect for the environment. That is why, ever since our founding, we have based a large part of our production on recycled plastics and actively engage in recycling ourselves.
Our long-term vision is for the majority of our products to be made from recycled materials. In the field of vacuum forming, we are therefore constantly increasing the proportion of recycled materials—today they already account for more than half of our inputs, and our goal is to move toward 100% use of recycled materials.
At the same time, during development, we are looking for ways to replace plastics that are harder to recycle with more environmentally friendly alternatives.
Closed-loop as part of ESG
Our approach is not just about using recycled inputs, but also about closing the entire loop. We offer customers a buyback program for used packaging and products, which we then sort and process for further use. Thanks to this, the material returns to circulation and does not become waste.
A major step forward was the modernization of our own plastic sorting facility in 2021. Today, this allows us to efficiently separate large volumes of plastic material—in 2022 alone, we processed more than 800 tons, which were given a new life in the form of other products.
