History

VYVA PLAST, s.r.o. was founded in 1992 with a clear goal: to bring high-quality and innovative solutions in the field of vacuum forming to the Czech market. Over the years, what began as a small production facility has grown into a stable company that is now among the industry leaders.

From the very beginning, we have relied on modern technologies and our own R&D capabilities. We have established a CAD/CAM workstation and a tool shop equipped with CNC machine tools, enabling us to handle the entire process—from product design and mold construction to final mass production.

Over the course of more than thirty years in business, we have invested in continuous development and the expansion of our production facilities. A significant milestone was the opening of a new production hall on the occasion of the company’s twentieth anniversary—proof that we have grown from a regional firm into a strong partner for customers in the automotive industry, public transportation, and other sectors.

Another turning point came in 2021, when the CEIP investment fund joined VYVA PLAST. This step confirmed our strategic value and opened up new opportunities for growth and strengthening our position in the Central European market.

Today, we stand on the solid foundation of more than three decades of experience. Our history is a story of reliability, innovation, and long-term partnership—values that will continue to guide us in the years to come.
